We have begun our annual SGC membership drive for 2010.  If you would like to join us in supporting youth football in Simsbury, you can register and pay online by clicking on the link at the lower left of this page.  Visa and MC are accepted as payment.

Your donation will help to support, among other things, Simsbury High School Football.  As we all know, football can be an equipment intensive sport.  Funds raised will help buy important on and off field equipment.  Recent purchases supported by the Gridiron Club include 25 state of the art "concussion" helmets, scaffolding for filming home games, and a game film system for film review/scouting.

Please join us in supporting this worthy cause.  Registration and payment takes just a few minutes.

Welcome to the 2010 Simsbury High School Football Season

 

 

Dear Members,

 

The Simsbury Gridiron Club is a booster club for football in Simsbury and, in particular, our high school program.  Our common goal is to ensure that the students participating in football have a safe, fun, and successful season.  The Club raises money for necessary equipment, scholarships, and resources not funded by the Board of Education that help sustain a strong and competitive football program.  The Club is managed by volunteers and all of the net proceeds benefit the football program.  In the past, the Simsbury Gridiron Club has raised money to fund uniform jerseys, our new scoreboard, the new weight room, along with a variety of other necessary equipment for players, coaches, and the practice field.    

We want to publicly thank our sponsors and encourage everyone in the community to patronize them.  We especially want to recognize our Scoreboard Sponsors and our Gold, Silver, and Bronze Golf Tourney sponsors.  Without your support, we would not be able to produce a quality football product year in and year out.  Lastly, we urge anyone interested in Simsbury Football to become a member of the Simsbury Gridiron Club, and get involved in its booster activities.

 

The Simsbury football family has built a solid program that is only sustainable with your help and volunteerism.  Let’s make this upcoming season one of the best ever for our boys.
